Privacy policy

Effective November 07, 2026

This policy explains how Etin Media, Inc. ("Etin Media", "we", "us") handles information through Odessa, our private operations assistant.

Information we access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, Odessa receives OAuth credentials and accesses the information permitted by the scopes approved on Google's consent screen. Depending on the connected services, this may include YouTube channel information, video metadata and visibility settings; email content and metadata; calendar events; and files, documents or spreadsheets. A connection does not automatically grant every permission listed here.

Task instructions, execution logs and relevant account data may also be stored to run workflows, verify results and investigate failures. Our hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, when serving these public pages.

How we use information

We use connected-account information to carry out authorized tasks, such as reading content queues, updating video visibility, managing documents and handling scheduled operations. We also use information to maintain connections, secure the application and troubleshoot errors.

Service providers and AI processing

Odessa uses infrastructure and AI service providers to perform authorized tasks. Relevant task instructions and account content may be processed by those providers where needed for a workflow. Automated tasks that do not require AI processing can run directly through service APIs. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use Google user data to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Odessa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

OAuth credentials and operational records are stored in the systems used to run Odessa. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers as needed to provide and maintain the application. Credentials are not published on this website. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain credentials and operational data for as long as needed to maintain authorized connections, perform workflows and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of stored connected-account data and credentials by emailing best@etinmedia.com. We will review and act on requests, subject to applicable legal requirements. Records held independently by Google or other providers are governed by their own policies.

Your choices

You can revoke Odessa's access at any time in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not itself delete records already stored by Odessa. Contact us to request deletion of those records.

Children

Odessa is an internal business tool and is not intended for children under 13.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the application changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, contact Etin Media, Inc. at best@etinmedia.com.
