Terms of service
These terms apply to Odessa, a private operations assistant operated by Etin Media, Inc. By using Odessa or authorizing it to connect to an account, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Odessa
Odessa is intended for Etin Media's internal operations and expressly authorized users. These pages do not offer public registration or grant access to the application.
Account authorization
You must have authority to connect an account and approve actions on its behalf. Google connections use OAuth. The permissions you grant determine what Odessa may access or change. You may revoke access through your Google Account settings.
Automated actions
Odessa can carry out instructed and scheduled actions, including publishing content or changing account records. You are responsible for the instructions you provide, the content you authorize and ensuring that the resulting activity complies with applicable laws and platform rules. Review workflows before enabling them, particularly workflows that make content public.
Acceptable use
Do not use Odessa for unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, spam, infringement, or attempts to bypass service restrictions. Access may be limited or suspended to protect connected accounts or address misuse.
Third-party services
Connected services remain subject to their own terms and policies. If you use Odessa with YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Availability and permissions may change because of third-party decisions or outages.
Ownership
You retain your rights in content you provide. Connecting an account grants only the access needed to perform the actions you authorize; it does not transfer ownership of your content to Etin Media.
Availability and responsibility
Odessa is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or any particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Etin Media disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the application. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using Odessa and revoke its connected-account permissions at any time. Data-handling and deletion information is set out in the privacy policy.
